The Women’s Center at Bumrungrad International Hospital serves the diverse needs of women throughout their different life stages. The center’s OB-GYN specialists are here to provide a range of comprehensive healthcare services in a comfortable, private atmosphere.

We provide preventive, diagnostic, and treatment services for a wide range of women’s medical conditions, comprehensive health screenings, as well as antenatal care and child delivery for expectant mothers, among other services, with the use of state-of-the art equipment and modern facilities.

We offer screenings for the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of women’s health issues. Modern equipment is utilized with all of our procedures. Some examples are:

  • Cervix, vagina, and vulva examinations with colposcopy, to assess signs of potential diseases, as well as utilizing 4D ultrasound screening technology
  • Breast cancer screenings with digital mammogram and ultrasound

High-Risk Pregnancy:
If the physician determines that the pregnancy is high-risk — meaning that there may be complications during the pregnancy that pose a health risk to the mother or unborn child — they will refer the parents to a neonatal specialist. Bumrungrad International has a Perinatal Center and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). We are able to treat pregnancies with complications, such as gestational diabetes, high blood pressure or preeclampsia, and a history of premature birth or low birth weight, among others.

Treatment and care of all high-risk pregnancies involves close collaboration with an obstetrician, a maternal fetal medicine specialist, and a neonatologist.

As women age, they inevitably go through changes, not just physically but emotionally too. Bumrungrad International has specialists on-hand to provide advice and treatment so that going through these changes can be done with ease as well as an understanding of what’s going on with your body. We help by offering:
  • Advice on how to prepare for menopause
  • Advice on hormones and hormone therapy
  • Bone health screenings to assess the risk of bone disease
