A healthy dessert combining the benefits of Greek yogurt and a medley of berries, rich in antioxidants that help reduce cellular damage from free radicals, while supporting gut health through the beneficial microorganisms found in yogurt.
Through a collaboration between nutrition and disease prevention specialists from Bumrungrad International Hospital and the pastry and Western cuisine faculty from Dusit Thani College, a dish was created that is both nutritious and delectable.
Key Steps:
- Heat up milk, cream, and honey
- Add gelatin and Greek Yogurt
- Refrigerate until set
- Prepare triple berry sauce
- Pour sauce over and garnish with fresh fruit
