To redeem this offer, eligible participants must present the referral email to the registration staff at the New Patient Registration Center, Building A, 10th Floor, or Building B, 2nd Floor, prior to receiving services.
 

This discount does not cover:

• Doctor’s fees
• Package rates or fixed-price healthcare programs
• Other items as specified by the hospital's terms and conditions
• Any additional expenses incurred if the physician recommends further examinations or treatments, or if an extended hospital stay is required
