Terms and Conditions

• Please present your voucher at the Registration Counter of the VitalLife Scientific Wellness Center or the VitalLife Skin and Aesthetic Center when you arrive for your appointment.
• Vouchers are available from 1 February through 31 March 2025; vouchers can be obtained at the Registration Counter of the Health Screening Center, Building A, 11^th floor.
• The voucher is valid through 30 April 2025.  
• The voucher is redeemable for products or services valued over 10,000 THB at the VitalLife Scientific Wellness Center, Building D, and the VitalLife Skin and Aesthetic Center, 10th Floor, Building C, Bumrungrad International Hospital.
• The voucher is valid for one invoice. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on one single invoice.
• The voucher cannot be redeemed or returned for cash. 
• If your purchase exceeds the value of the voucher, the balance must be settled by cash, debit, or credit card payment. 
• The voucher is transferrable. 
• VitalLife reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
