Bumrungrad Continues Its Commitment to Community Well-Being with the “R-SA Bumrungrad Mobile Clinic,” Delivering Quality Healthcare to 7 Communities in Celebration of Its 45th Anniversary

In celebration of its 45th anniversary, Bumrungrad International Hospital continues its mission to promote community health through the “R-SA Bumrungrad Mobile Clinic,” now in its fourth round this year. The initiative provides basic medical checkups and care to seven neighboring communities surrounding the hospital: Nikhom Makkasan Community, Rong Je Makkasan Community, Ruenrudee Community, Machim Community, Chaloem Anusorn Community, Rim Thang Rotfai Makkasan Ruamjai Community, and the Early Childhood Development Center of Nikhom Makkasan Community.

The program brings together the expertise of 11 specialist physicians from various centers, including the Medical Center, Orthopedic Center, Children’s Center, Eye Center, and Dental Center, along with nurses, pharmacists, physical therapists, and more than 60 Bumrungrad staff volunteers. The team provided free primary care services to over 300 community members. In addition, the hospital supported the event by providing lunch, basic medicines, and survival kits, with further contributions from partners such as rice from the Thomson Fund and healthy beverages from V-Soy.

Bumrungrad International Hospital and the Bumrungrad Hospital Foundation remain committed to creating positive social impact through continuous community initiatives. The goal is to improve quality of life and enhance well-being for people in surrounding communities—an essential foundation of the organization’s mission to foster long-term sustainability across health, environmental, and social dimensions.
