Hospital executives stated that 2024 is a Year of Transformation and that the hospital is committed to focusing on 5 distinct areas: 1. Clinical Transformation, 2. Safety and Quality Transformation, 3. Operation Process Transformation, 4. Service Excellence Transformation, and 5) People Transformation.
