Dear Sirs,

I was a regular patient at your ER-Service between January 7 and January 29, due to two infected wounds, which needed professional treatment on a daily basis.

During this period, I learnt to appreciate the difference between general professional help and the extra mile your staff went to care for me as a person. No matter how busy they were or who was on duty, I always had the impression to be welcome and left feeling better each time.

I am sure that most of your patients feel the same way. However, by writing this letter to you I would like to draw your special attention to these dedicated people, who serve by the very nature of this facility at the forefront of your hospital. Every single one of them lived up to your own statement "Your satisfaction is our primary concern".

My family and I  had already been loyal patients at your hospital before, but the above mentioned time assured me once again, that we made the right decision in choosing Bumrungrad International as caretaker of our health.
