Blackout period dates:
• During 01st January 2024 – 02nd January 2025
• During 24th December 2025 – 31 st December 2025

Cancellation Policy : Cancellation/No Show charges: In case of cancellation, a written notice must be received by the Hotel at least 48 hours prior to FIT’s scheduled arrival otherwise there will be a penalty charge of one night’s rate for the cancellation. In the event that this written notice is not received within the time limit stated, and in the event that there is no show from the FIT client, a no show charge will be applied for the duration of the stay or as negotiated in writing with hotel. (Except New Year’s period starting from 28-31 December which cancellation must be made 15 days prior to arrival dates)
