Terms & Conditions:
1. Rates are quoted in Thai Baht, based on single occupancy per room per night. (Rates under Club Wing and Suite Type in Main Wing Single & Double occupancy are same.)
2. These rates are in THB and subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT. Should the government tax rate change at any time during the contract period, this must be amended accordingly.
3. For double occupancy using existing bedding, the charge for the 2nd person is THB 800++. If required, an extra bed is THB 2,500++ per night. Both rates include buffet breakfast.
4. For triple occupancy in Club wing and Suite Type in Main Wing using existing bedding, the charge for the 3rd person is THB 1,800++. If required, an extra bed is THB 4,300++ per night. Both rates include club benefits.
6. Reservations must be received from the company, either by phone or an email bearing the company address. 
7. These rates are not valid for groups during citywide Convention and Exhibition periods.
8. Corporate rates are not valid over 28 December 2024 to 02 January 2025 and 28 December 2025 to 2 January 2026. During close out periods, you will be offered our Best Available Rates.

Cancellation Policy : Please note that all room reservations may be cancelled up to 2:00 PM (Bangkok time) one day prior to arrival, without penalty. Cancellations after 2:00 PM or non-arrival of guests with guaranteed reservations are subject to a one-night room charge as penalty. Space for subsequent nights will be released for resale.
