    • Daily housekeeping services.
    Monthly rates will enjoy the following benefits;
    • Housekeeping service 3 times per week with linen and towel change twice per week [except Sunday and public holiday]
    • Welcome fruits, drinking water and amenities upon arrival [one-time]
    • Monthly electricity allowance and complimentary water usage.

    Cancellation Policy : 1. Cancellation for a daily reservation must be received 24 hours prior to check in.
    2 Cancellation for a monthly reservation must be recieved 14 nights prior to check in.
    a) if cancellation of a guarantee 14 nights and below reservation is not received by the  required date, one night cancellation charge will be imposed.
    b) if cancellation of a guarantee 30 nights but more than 15 night reservation is not received by the  required date, one night cancellation charge will be imposed.
    3. Non-arrivals may incur a cancellation fee of one night acommodation unless otherwise specifie at the time of booking.
    4. Early departure will be charged as per original booking.
