(a) Deluxe Room and Deluxe Garden – breakfast for 2 persons per day
(b) One – Bedroom Suite – breakfast for 2 persons per day
(c) Two – Bedroom Suite – breakfast for 4 persons per day
Full Breakfast THB 450 adult price per person per day

Children Policy:
• Baby cot is available for infants below 2 years of age without any supplement charge.
• Children below 4 years old and sharing bed will get a complimentary breakfast, maximum one (1) child per room.
• Children of 4 years old to 11.99 years old and sharing bed are entitled to 50% discount on Meal Rate.
• Children of 4 years old to 11.99 years old are entitled to 50% discount on an extra bed and Meal Rate.
• Children 12 years old and older will be charged full meal rate.

Payment Terms
The resort requires a FULL PRE-PAYMENT for all confirmed reservations, prior to arrival or the room reservation will be subject to auto-cancellation by pre-payment due date:
• High Season: 7 (seven) days prior to arrival
• Green Season: 3 (three) days prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy : Cancellation
- For High Season: 100% of total room nights charges for cancellation made 7 days prior to arrival or no show
- For Green Season: 1-night charges for cancellation made 3 days prior to arrival or no show
