    Non-guaranteed room reservations shall be held until 18:00 hrs. local hotel time on the arrival date. Failure to cancel the room reservation prior to 18:00 hrs. local time on arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to one-night charge, the remaining nights will automatically be cancelled.
