    Remark :  

    • The above rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% applicable goverment tax.
    • The above rate are inclusive of daily breakfast at the Element Restaurant on level B1 for one person (single occupancy) and two persons (double occupancy).
    • The rooms are subject to availability.
    • All confirmed reservations requied credit card to guarantee the bookings.
    • Extra bed charge for third person in the room is 1,500 net night per unit and complimentary for child under 12 years, sharing the existing bed with parents / guardian.

    Cancellation Policy : Please note that all room reservations may be cancelled up to 2:00 PM (Bangkok time) one day prior to arrival, without penalty.
    Cancellations after 2:00 PM or non-arrival of guests with guaranteed reservations are subject to a one-night room charge as penalty. Space for subsequent nights will be released for resale.
