MRD-negative; MRD positivity is associated with an increased risk of recurrence.
 
Interpretation (การแปลผล):
MRD Positive: Tumor-derived ctDNA is detected, indicating the presence of molecular residual disease and an increased risk of disease recurrence. MRD Negative: No tumor-derived ctDNA is detected above the assay threshold at the time of testing; this is associated with a lower risk of recurrence but does not exclude residual disease or future recurrence.
