Cancellation Policy : Reservation cancellation for F.I.T Bookings Only:
• Cancellations: reservation cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s room charge
• No-show: in the event of a no-show (when the guest fails to arrive on the expected arrival date), a charge equivalent to one night’s room rate will be applied to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation
• Early Departure: unused room nights are non-refundable for early departure.
