      Child Policy

      • Children aged between 6 to 11.99 years old stay for free. A maximum of one child is permitted per Deluxe room if any of the children are of this age.

      Cancellation Policy : Normal Season – For cancellations received in writing by the HOTEL no later than 10am Thai local time, Three (3) days prior to arrival date no cancellation fee and/or charges will be incurred by the PARTNER. Cancellations received in writing by the HOTEL Three (3) days or less prior to arrival a cancellation fee equal to 100% charge of total accommodation at the contracted rate per cancelled room.

      Peak Season – For cancellations received in writing by the HOTEL no later than 10am Thai local time, Fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date no cancellation fee and/or charges will be incurred. Cancellations received in writing by the HOTEL Fourteen (14) days or less prior to arrival a cancellation fee equal to 100% charge of total accommodation at the contracted rate per cancelled room.

      No-Shows: For cancellations received in writing by the HOTEL on arrival date or after the seasonal cancelation policy deadline will be considered as No-Show and a cancellation fee equal to 100% accommodation at the contracted rate per cancelled room will be applied regardless of the season. Any room reservations confirmed and guaranteed by the agent and not claimed as per guaranteed on the day of arrival will be charged in full and no refunds will be given.
