      TERMS & CONDITIONS
      -       Credit card details are not required at the time of booking. All confirmed reservations are guaranteed by the company.
      - Extra bed: THB 1,600 net per bed/night (without breakfast) or THB 1,900 net per bed/night (with breakfast).
      - Children's breakfast (6–11 years): THB 300 net per child/night. Children aged 0–5 years stay and enjoy breakfast free of charge.
      - Baby cribs are available free of charge upon request and subject to advance reservation.

      CHECK IN / CHECK OUT PROCEDURES
      ◦ Check in time is 14:00 hours. we will endeavor to accommodate requests of early check in, subject to availability. Should you wish to guarantee early check-in, pre-booking of the room from the night prior to guest arrival at the contracted room rate is highly recommended.
      ◦ Check out time is 12:00 hours. A half day rate will be applied for late check out till 18:00 hours, and a full day rate for check out after 18:00 hours. Late check out is subject to space availability.

      RESERVATION GUARANTEE
      All reservations must be guaranteed by a deposit equal to one room night or a major credit card. For credit card guarantees, the hotel requires written information to include the name of the cardholder, as it appears on the card, the card number, and the expiry date. Guaranteed reservations will be held until noon of the day following the confirmed arrival date.
      All non-guaranteed reservations will be released after 16.00 hours on the date of scheduled arrival. Thereafter, guestrooms are subject to availability.
      For guaranteed bookings a one-night charge will be levied if cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to 16.00 hrs. on day of arrival (hotel's local time).
       

      Cancellation Policy : Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the reserved time/date. Otherwise, the trip will be charged.

      NO SHOW POLICY 
      Should a guest with a guaranteed reservation, not arrive on the scheduled date of arrival, a charge equivalent to one night room charge will be levied as a no-show charge. All subsequent nights of the booking in question will be released for resale, without penalty.
