      Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and shall incur the following charges, unless specitied otherwise in writing by Gardina Asoke Hotel & Residence.
      • Check-in before 07:00 hours:                    One night's accommodation charge
      • Check-in between 07:00 - 10:00 hours:     50% of one night's accommodation charge
      • Check-out between 12:00 - 17:00 hours:   50% of one night's accommodation charge
      • Check-out beyond 17:00 hours:                  One night's accommodation charge
      Security Deposit
      A security deposit of THB 3,000 per room is required upon check-in for the guests who have booked Deluxe, Deluxe Pool View, Premier Corner, Premier Pool View or One Bedroom units. For the guests who have booked Two Bedroom or Three Bedroom units, the required security deposit is THB 7,000 per room. This security deposit can be paid by either cash or credit card. The security deposit will be returned on the departure date in case the security deposit is made by cash. In case of using a credit card for the security deposit, the hotel will release the credit back to the credit card on the departure date. It takes between 15 - 45 working days for the credit to return to the guest's credit card depending on the guest's bank process.

      Terms of Payment
      All charges must be settled upon reservation by cash, credit cards, or bank transfer by guest.

      Cancellation Policy : Cancellation and No-Show
      Cancellation fees will not be charged for cancellations received 7 days prior to the arrival date at Gardina Asoke Hotel & Residence. Cancellations must be made in writting via email. Cancellations received less than 7 days before the arrival date will result in a full charge per room. The same penalty applies for no-show rooms.
