      Cancellation Policy :

      • For early departures, please inform the hotel 24 hours prior to scheduled departure date or an early departure fee may apply. 
      • The hotel will charge equivalent to one night room rate for every room booked if cancellation is made later than 18:00 hrs (Bangkok local time) on the arrival date. 
      • Full cancellation charge applies for no-shows on the day of arrival.
