Severe Shoulder Pain? Beware of Calcific Tendinitis

Calcific tendinitis – calcium deposits can form in the tendon, and can causes severe pain and discomfort when the area becomes inflamed. Although it can affect any part of the body, it most often cause serious pain in the shoulder rotator cuff tendon used to lift the arm, known as the supraspinatus tendon.
