Bumrungrad International Hospital has recently developed a mobile application called the “Bumrungrad Application,” aiming to facilitate your health information access more rapidly and conveniently, every time and from anywhere. The application launched to pave way for the 'New Normal' lifestyle; for example, providing you with in-app Digital Loyalty Card, and helping you find a doctor, schedule an appointment, and purchase an online health package in advance, which helps reduce waiting time at the cashier counter and allows you to return home right after completion of healthcare services. As well as more special privilege offers only for application users.

HOW TO CONNECT YOUR PROFILE TO APPLICATION

HOW TO CREATE HN (HOSPITAL NUMBER) FOR PRE-REGISTRATION OR LINK PATIENT PROFILE

Creating your patient profile (HN – Hospital Number) online is designed for individuals who have never received healthcare treatments or services at Bumrungrad before, as well as for patients who may not remember their HN Number but would like to link their patient profile to the app.

To create your patient profile in the Bumrungrad Application, please follow these steps:

1. Open the Bumrungrad Application and tap on the 'Account' menu.
2. From the account menu, select 'My Cards'.
3. Within the My Patient Profile page, tap on 'Patient Pre-Registration' to contact us and create your HN Number online.
4. Once you receive your HN Number, complete your information, including the HN Number and date of birth. Then, click to continue.
5. Select your preferred channel, such as email or SMS, to receive a verification code for identity verification. Click to send the code.
6. After completing the verification process, your patient profile will be successfully linked to the app. You can conveniently access healthcare services without the need for registration during your visit. Additionally, you will receive exclusive special offers tailored just for you through the app.

HOW TO CHANGE APP LANGUAGE (iOS)

To change the language in the Bumrungrad Application, please follow these steps:

1. Open the Bumrungrad Application and tap on the 'Account' menu.
2. From the account menu, select 'App Language' to access the settings page.
3. Within the settings page, locate and tap on 'Preferred Language'.
4. A list of available languages will be displayed. Choose your preferred language from the options provided, such as English, Thai, Japanese, or Arabic.

To change the language in the Bumrungrad Application, please follow these steps:

1. Open the Bumrungrad Application and tap on the 'Account' menu.
2. From the account menu, select 'App Language' to access the settings page.
3. A list of available languages will be displayed. Choose your preferred language from the options provided, such as English, Thai, Japanese, or Arabic.

 

CONVENIENTLY MAKE REAL-TIME APPOINTMENT BY YOURSELF

You can make doctor's appointments through the application by yourself easily, conveniently, and in real-time. You can choose to make an appointment for yourself or for others. Just fill out your health problems or symptoms of sickness and you can also choose a doctor or let the hospital recommend a suitable doctor for you as well. Choose the earliest date to make your appointment or choose your preferred date and time. You can confirm the appointment by yourself on the menu Appointment Details according to the picture below.

The app will notify you of your doctor appointment along with useful information and location. If you have an appointment at 12:00, the app will notify you at 20:00 of the previous day. If you have an appointment from 13:00 onwards, the app will notify you 4 hours before the scheduled appointment. Notifications are also supported for Telemedicine by appointment services.
