Patient Instruction for stool collection:
To ensure high diagnostic standard of the stool- please consider the following when taking the stool sample.
1.Use collection hat container while collecting stool sample.
2.To avoid the stool getting into contact with water, please use the enclosed stool collector (Use the spoon to take
samples at several spots and fill the stool tube at least up two thirds). 
3. The spoon should not come into contact with the toilet when taking the samples as detergents and disinfection agents may distort the result.
4.Then screw the lid (with the spoon) back on the tube and put the tube inside the outer (transport) tube.
5.Return stool specimen to clinic as soon as possible to maintain quality of specimen.

Receive specimen to report within 30 days
