CYP2C19 Genotyping

CYP2C19 is an important drug metabolizing enzyme that catalyzes the biotransformation of many other clinically useful drugs including antiplatelet (Clopidogrel/Plavix), proton pump inhibitors, antidepressants, anticonvulsants, b- adrenergic blockers และ antifungal (voriconazole). This test identifies 11 Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs) (*1, *2, *3, *4, *5, *6, *7, *8, *9, *10, *17, *35) by Real-time PCR. The CYP2C19 genotyping test covers known no, decreased, and rapid functional alleles.
