The new Bumrungrad International Clinic building offers advanced medical services in a beautiful environment. It is designed to give patients the most comfortable and convenient place to meet with their doctors. Most of the hospital’s outpatient clinics moved to the new building at the end of May. The Sky Lobby on the tenth floor greets resident and international patients in separate welcome areas, surrounding an 11-floor atrium. A Starbucks café and Bookazine shop are here to serve visitors, and multilingual staff is available to provide assistance.
	The Napa Lounge, also on the tenth floor, offers a relaxing break for members of the hospital’s new Healthy Living Club member program. Just up the escalator from the Sky Lobby, patients will be able to enjoy a wide variety of tasty foods in The Mezz, a loft offering delicious meals open-kitchen style from six Asian and international restaurants
	Bumrungrad’s International Medical Coordination Office is also on the tenth floor, providing coordination, support, and help for patients coming from outside Thailand for medical treatment. Each outpatient floor features an education center with informative displays and take-home materials. Doctor’s rooms have instant computer access to patient records, lab results, and medical images. Each clinic floor provides cashier and pharmacy counters for convenient, one-stop service.
