Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Eligibility 

• This promotion is valid only for customers who purchase the Bumrungrad International Hospital Prestige Program and make full payment using a Visa Credit Card. 
• The Visa card used for payment must be presented at the time of redemption to claim the benefits. 
• The promotion is applicable only to self-paying customers and does not apply to corporate accounts, insurance claims, or third-party payer transactions. 

2. Promotion Period 

• The offer is valid from March 21, 2025, to December 31, 2025. 
• Purchases made outside this period will not be eligible for the promotion. 
• Services under this promotion must be utilized by December 31, 2025. 

3. Complimentary Return Flight Ticket* 

• The complimentary economy-class ticket is valid for the PNH-BKK-PNH route on a partner airline and is subject to seat availability. 
• The ticket is strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, non-changeable, and has no cash value. 
• Baggage fees, seat selection fees, travel insurance, visa fees, and any additional travel-related expenses are not included in the promotion. 
• The departure date must align with the scheduled check-up appointment. 
• If the check-up appointment is canceled, rescheduled, or not attended, the complimentary flight ticket will be forfeited. 
• If the patient does not use the ticket for the outbound flight, the return flight will be automatically canceled with no reissuance. 

4. Complimentary Limousine Service* 

• Customers are eligible for a one-way limousine transfer from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Bumrungrad International Hospital or nearby hotels within a designated area (subject to availability). 

5. Payment and Benefit Redemption 

• Promotional benefits will be issued only after the check-up appointment has been confirmed and full payment has been provided. 
• The same Visa card used for the payment must be presented at the time of redemption. 

6. General Terms & Conditions 

• Visa, Airline, and Limousine company terms and conditions apply to the respective services. 
• This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, special offers, or promotions. 
• Bumrungrad International Hospital and Visa reserve the right to amend or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. 
• In case of disputes, the hospital’s decision will be final.
