Screening for irregular menstruation or amenorrhea For women aged between 21-30 years

Irregular menstruation or amenorrhea is a condition that causes no menstrual bleeding to come out normally.

Amenorrhea is divided into two types:
  • Primary amenorrhea is a condition that women have never had. Menstrual periods Since young (Age 16 years, no menstruation, or 14 years and no secondary sexual developmental characteristics of women such as breast, pubic hair, genital hair, armpit hair, and menstruation)
  • Secondary amenorrhea is a condition in which a woman has had a previous menstrual period but later had at least 6 consecutive months of amenorrhea, or 3 cycles of their previous menstrual cycle.

The main symptom is irregular menstruation or amennorhea. This may have other symptoms, depending on the cause of the lack of menstruation, such as weight gain or weight loss. Changes in the size of the breast or milk flows from the breast, acne, hair loss, hair on the face. Headache, or changes in vision and lower abdominal pain
 
 

Preparation before the examination
1. The patient does not need any preparation.
2. Please come to the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department to see your doctor before starting the examination.
 
Examination procedure
1. Doctor taking history
2. Do the ultrasound in about 10-15 minutes.
3. Blood test
