Job Title:
Position: Team Lead, Device Services
Department: IT Data and Infrastructures
Basic Requirement:

Level of Education:
  • Bachelor Degree or higher
  • ITIL Certification is preferred
  • Microsoft Certification is preferred

Work Experiences:
  1. Minimum W years of work experience in Information System of which 3 years at managerial level managing desktop Support and IT helpdesk.
  2. Use of IT service management application – ITIL based.

Required Qualifications:
  1. Good spoken and written English skills
  2. Leadership , Customer Service and Technical Skills
  3. Understanding of reporting tools functionality
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Management of Helpdesk and Support Team to resolve incidents tickets within the defined SLA
  • Management of Helpdesk Team to answer support calls in a timely manner
  • Incident Survey Customer Satisfaction Score
  • Monthly Support Service Report
  • Maintain ISD standby unit/parts
  • Management of Helpdesk Team to keep call abandonment rate to a minimum
