Qualifications and Experience:
Applicants must possess the following:
•Bachelor’s degree in nursing and a Master’s degree in nursing or management
•At least 5 year’s progressive nursing leadership experience
•Demonstrate clinical knowledge of and have at least 3 year’s staff nursing experience in the specialty
•Self directing with good problem solving and communication skills
•Able to demonstrate ability to lead through participative management, empowerment of staff and team building
•Good written and spoken English
