Transfers
Diethelm Travel provides a secure and convenient mode of transportation between
the airport and the Bumrungrad International Hospital or any hotel in the city.
Our cars and minivans are fully insured and our guides and drivers are experienced,
knowledgeable and courteous. The private cars in our fleet are all comfortable Toyota
Camrys, model 2005. To avoid long taxi queues upon arrival, you can book your transfers
with us in advance; your guide or driver will be waiting for you in the arrival
hall with a signboard carrying your name. Advance booking of
72 hrs is required.

NOTE:
VIP TRANSFER PACKAGE – This service inclusive
guide, transportation (Toyota Camry/Toyota Van), hostess and porter. You will be
greeted as you get off the aircraft by your personal hostess and porter. They will
escort you to immigration counter. The hostess facilitates paperwork and then escorts
you to baggage claim area, where the porter retrieves your luggage. You will then
be accompanied to your waiting transportation by your hostess and porter.
CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY
- In case of cancellation or flight delay, please contact us as soon as possible
on +66 8 6771 8853. Cancellation charges will occur when services
are rendered (i.e. if your car is already on the way to the airport to pick you
up, we will have to charge). For no-show a 100% charge occurs.
