This program is for out-patient regarding the correction of eye muscle (squint) with ocular disease and/or any ocular abnormalities that need operation of more than 1 eye muscle.

The Package Includes:

• Operating Room Charges, PACU Charges, Nursing Services Charges: Scrub & Circulating Nurse
• Medical Equipment and Medical Supplies necessary for the procedure
• General Anesthesia, Medical Gas and Medicine necessary for the procedure
• Doctor Fee
  • Surgeon Fees
  • Assistant Surgeon Fees
  • Anesthesiologist Fees

The Package Excludes:

• Other charges not related to the procedures;
• Charges for eye exam, Pre operation screening and OPD charges occurred prior to the surgery;
• Take home medications and supplies;
• Charges for inpatient stays.

Patient Eligibility:

Patients with the following conditions are considered to be complex or high risk cases and will not qualify for the package:

• Uncontrolled bleeding
• Uncontrolled underlying chronic medical problems e.g. diabetes, hypertension or HIV infection, etc.

Note: The Package Pricing is extended to patients who settle the bill directly to the Hospital only. No discount of any kind may be applied to packages prices.
