This is a routine out-patient Cystoscopy Package.

The Package Includes:

• Operating Room Charges: OR Room Use
• Medical Equipment: Cystoscope
• Medical Supplies necessary for Cystoscopy
• Anesthesia: Xylocaine Jelly
• Nursing Service: Scrub & Circulate Nurse
• Surgeon Fees For Cystoscope procedure

The Package Excludes:

• Laboratories or pathology studies;
• Tumor Marker i.e., PAS test;
• Other charges not related to the procedures;
• Take home medications and supplies;
• Charges for inpatient stays, IPD nursing services, services charge, and inpatient doctor fee will be added.

Patient Eligibility:

Patients with the following conditions are considered to be complex or high risk cases and will not qualify for the package:

• Uncontrolled bleeding
• Known cases of metastasis of cancer to the urinary system
• Patients requiring general anesthesia

Note: The Package Pricing is extended to patients who settle the bill directly to the Hospital only. No discount of any kind may be applied to packages prices.
