This is a routine Augmentation Rhinoplasty Procedure Package: under local anesthesia. (Exclude: Alarplasty) The cost of implant is not included in the package. Day Surgery.

The package Includes:

• Operating room charges: OR room use, recovery room, scrub & circulate nurse
• Medical equipment and medical supplies necessary for the procedure
• Medical equipment and medical supplies necessary for the procedure after surgery. (2 cold hot packs (if required))
• Medications: routine medication used for the procedure
• Physician’s fees: surgeon fees

The Package Excludes:

• Surgeon’s fee for consultation and follow up visit
• Rhinoplasty implant
• Pre-operative studies such as laboratory tests, pathology, radiology studies, etc.
• Other charges not related to the procedures;
• Charges for other procedure(s) or other plastic surgery procedure(s);
• Charges for OPD charges incurred prior to the surgery;
• Other charges not related to the procedures;
• Other charges for investigate tests and medications not related to the procedure
• Continuous treatment related patient's medical history
• Charges for all intensive care unit services, if necessary
• Any complication which may arise during or after the surgery
• Take home medications
• Follow up visit, continuous medications and medical supplies

Patient Eligibility:

Patients with the following conditions are considered to be complex or high risk cases and will not qualify for the package.

• Bleeding disorders
• Patients with underlying severe medical problems that require additional treatment and investigation including, but not limited to, HIV, hepatitis C, and uncontrolled diabetes

Note: The Package Pricing is extended to patients who settle the bill directly to the Hospital only. No discount of any kind may be applied to packages prices.
